PayPal blacklisted VBA's?

Does anyone know which vba's are blacklisted by paypal & leads to account limitation?

Last I checked, etrade vba's were not working anymore? Anyone know if inter national bank (routing number 114994196) vba's works with paypal or it is the same case as etrade?

Not sure if its a blacklist but I found out yesterday thebancorp.com isn't accepted anymore which sucks!
