About to launch a new WSO - How do I keep it safe from "sharing"?

I am about to launch a WSO that isn't rehashed BS. It's my direct experience for the past 4+ years making cash from an offline business using online and offline advertising(mostly free).

I know there is no way to keep it from being shared completely, but what measures can I take to keep it from being shared on BHW and other website that are similar?

What security measures can I use on the DL page?

Yeah that the basic strategy.

BUT what about just securing the DL page?

I guess you can send your buyers a set of username and password which will be used to login into your site to access the download page and if a login is being used by more than a person then close down his/her account.

Get what I mean ? LOL

if that is PDF then forget about security

just sale much copy on warrior form

And if you're willing to teach the methods which really can make money then why not just provide consultation ? I guess it could earn you more in the long run

If it's just an e-book, there's not much you can do because even if locked with a username/pw it will be shared.

The best way I can think of if for the entire WSO to be web-based and whenever someone purchases it they get a username and log-in to access the content.

Additionally, you can submit the WSO to all the major torrent websites, but lock the content so if the want to read it thy will have to purchase a copy; good way to gain extra sales plus it will control the sharing of your WSO if it's the first one listed on these sites.

If you've made decent money why are you willing to share the info? I understand that more money is always nice but are you concerned that the market you explain could be flooded?

Either way I personally think that for security reasons that you should make a membership based site where the material is only view-able when customers login and not actually downloadable. That might be a pain for your customers but it will be more time consuming for anyone that wants to try and share it.

share it yourself first! Make the others who share it look stupid. After all you don't wanna deprive BHW of your knowledge, huh?

Some ideas, in addition to those noted above:

1) Choose "forbidden" subjects (all the subjects BHW forbids discussion of). That way at least the WSO won't be instantly become a member share on this forum.

2) Save each page as a jpg file. A pdf can be copy and pasted into re-written content or articles super quick, so this at least may slow down the velocity of the rip-off.

3) Put the text on video files, along with other video tutorials, and make the total package big (multiple GB?). This will discourage quick download sharing, while projecting more value in the WSO.

4) Make the entire WSO an upsell, or teaser pdf that you WANT to see go viral through sharing. Write it up as a hypey 'tip of the iceberg' which only introduces people to a basic concept, with general discussion about what to do. But all the key details as to how to do it are kept in modules on a membership site, or in immense GB sized video files, or in paid live consultation with you.

Create a download links that expires, so link can't be shared. I'd rather go for membership site using video though

You need to care less about it being shared. People who buy don't tend to pirate things, for the most part.

Because, even if it is shared, 99% people won't try it, and the rest 1% won't believe in it (your method)... so it is safe anyways, just go make your money fast!
