Page rank alert service??

Dear BHW buddies,

I need some advice.

Q1:Is there any website where I can submit urls to receive email/twitter alert when page rank changes for those urls??

I know pagerankalert.com used to do that but it's down since last year and I am really struggling to find a similar site.

Q2: I am planning to add that service to my site. Is there any tool/script available that I can get?

I might pay someone to add such functionality to my site at the end!

Thanks for your comment. I am not going to hire anyone to pm me the pagerank change, I am looking for a script to add pagerank alert for ulrs to my site. If I can't find that then maybe I need to find someone to outsource the development of that service to my site!
