i thought this was a free service to do remove links, lol. which i was gonna say "you get what you pay for"

i was gonna recommend linkdelete.com for that, i used them and they were able to help remove my unnatural link penalties with google. in fact ive been meaning to write up a review of the serviec but just haven't had the time yet. ill do that soon.

meanwhile thanks for the tool, that helps out a lot.

Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about removing links unless you're getting hit hard with porn links, etc

or unless you get an unnatural link warning and your rankings plummet like mine (and a clients did)

then you need to take action and remove your unnatural links if you ever want to have your rankings recover. id rather pay someone to do that process for me, which i did and then filed a reconsideration request and won. now my rankings are back. i have a friend that also got an unnatural link penalty and didn't do anything and his rankings are still down. we all used the same linkbuilding methods such as aln and bmr, yet mine and my clients sites are the only that have recovered.

so no, removing links are needed in certain circumstances.
