Sorry for the problems. I am not sure who is your VA, and I also was not informed on the ongoing problems you have. If you are still on the 5 days free trial, then you can always request for a new VA and we will supply one right away. This seems to be the problem because it's not easy to find VA's. That is why we are offering 5 days trial for you to test the VA. Rather than spending all your time, testing different VA's and keeping someone unreliable.

I would like to comment though on the keyword part. All of my VA's are know the basic of keyword, keyword research and linkbuilding. I would need to know who is your VA and when you started your trial, else this is not actually true or you are did not try our VA's.

Hope you can PM me with the answers above so I can clear this out right away.

My Review : 3/10

Level 1 VA $150 a month

* seems like they have little to no training - ie the first day the guy didn't even know what a keyword was.
* does the minimum amount of work possible - ie I have him doing a 15 minute task - but he only completes 10 in 8 hours - which I told him is the minimum I would accept .. so instead of getting 20 say - I am only going to get 10 a day.
* quality wise if you look at the work - it shows just a basic level of english and performs the tasks only at about 65% of what most people would do.

Couple Things : 1. I understand OP has to make money as well and 2. understand it's $150 a month and you get what you pay for.

However the thread makes it seem like you are getting a much higher standard than what you actually get -- as well as with all the Google requirements for quality and care at the moment - this is probably not something you would want for the long term.

So I feel overall you have to carefully consider what your wanting to get out of this before you sign up.

Finding the right tasks for you VA to work on is essential, and to be honest if you're looking for $1000 a month work for $300 then you'll never be satisfied. Good for tier 2 link building if you don't want to take the time to deliver precise instructions, but if you can take 15 mins out of your day to send clear, detailed instructions then you'll get a lot out of the service. Recommended.

Well my 5 day trial was a joke actually (2 working days) -- as I was told the guy would play around with it for a few days to get the hang of it ... so really I got no trial .. all I got was me trying to train the guy to do something.

My VA's name is Jude...... and stop trying to insinuate I would ever comment in a thread that I did not purchase - I really resent that.

I will not be renewing for next month as nothing pisses me off more - than someone providing a sub par service trying to blame a paying customer.

** As far as him not knowing what a keyword was - it's true he didn't know - I had to send an email to someone else and they explained it to him .... you gotta remember he works 2.30 am to 11 am my time --- so it's a pain in the bum to have the guy when he has a question sit there for 5 hours until I'm available. (I knew that going in of course - but I expected just a little more knowledge).

It was never my intention to insult you or say anything bad. We just wanted to make sure you are a customer/client so we can help you in every way we can.

The schedule can be change, the VA can be change, etc. You had the 5 days trial to do anything you want with him, if you are not happy we can send a replacement right away. We don't want you to be paying with someone you are not happy with.

You can just actually email or PM me here and I get it resolved right away. My apologies again.

Anyhow, let me know your decision via PM or post here if you want the VA to be replaced.

If you want to take the first step to that - then you watch my VA on Monday without telling him and see what he does for 8 hours .. I can guarantee you he is not doing my work for all that time ... I just did 3 tasks myself this morning took me 20 minutes..
