I was hoping to get the full package; (paypal account + US bank account + ATM) yet secondeye advised me against doing so all at once as the bank account might not be of a good use if not linked to verified pp and thus the plan changed to getting the a verified pp first and from there looking forward for the US bank account.

The transaction was smooth, support is always there -through skype or prompt email support- even illustrated tutorials were provided. I think the time I took to register for a new paypal account and getting it verified was almost 5-10mins.
