Ultimate Demon scraper

I managed to get ultimate demon on my almost non existent budget because I believe slow dripping bookmarks, directory links, and web 2.0 links is the only way to truly keep off the radar of the Google spam team in the long term. However, I only have access to the Ultimate Demon scraper tool and the proxy servers listed on this site. I have gone through I don't know how many hundreds of proxies to try to scrape just my very first page of Google SERPs and yet I keep being stopped and I don't know why, it keeps saying scraping activity has been detected even before I am given the opportunity for a single result.

I assume as a newbie to scraping that every last proxy is used and has at least a 45 minute ban by Google, so what is the solution other than buying proxies when I am poor, or do I need to get scrapebox because Ultimate Demon has a bad scraper? I keep hearing it is passable but I question it and I really need sites to drop links to.

Any thoughts on this build in scraping tool?

For scraping i always use Scrapebox

You can use it to check proxies as well

There are loads of lists shared on BHw, try these out first.

As for scraping, dunno, I don't use it as much, Scrapebox is much better for that. But if you have no other option, search for google proxy checker here, download that and test proxies shared in the proxy section. These should get you enough proxies to be able to scrape.

Even better, if you have dynamic Ip, you could just scrape without proxies and reset router when you get a ban.

You should do all your scraping with Scrapebox. Ultimate Demon's built in Scraper while does the job it says on the tin is quite slow and clunky in comparison.

I would suggest you buy a set of private proxies to do your scraping with, it really does make things a lot quicker. With 50 semi dedicated proxies I can scrape 24/7 without getting banned @ 50 threads.

However - issues with proxies burning out will happen whatever scraper you used. It's a ban from the search engines that stops a proxy - nothing to do with the scraper per se (in fact you could argue the faster the scraper - the quicker the ban)

Although some proxies are better than others.

For example, Semi dedicated from BuyProxies > Fully dedicated from Squidproxies

I had 50 of each, BuyProxies can scrape all day every day @60 threads without issue, SquidProxies can barely make it an hour before getting banned.

Ok, I have the exact same issue. Tight budget. I bought Ultimate Demon monthly.. and I have 20 private proxies. I went to use scraper and as soon as I hit scrape it said "Scrapping Detected" without any results?? Am I doing something wrong?

If he can't afford a one-off $57 scrapebox license I doubt he could afford a monthly subscription for proxies.
