Starting a company in the UAE?

I want to start a holding company in the UAE so I can get out of paying alot of taxes. But I was wondering would they be ok with the company owning adult related websites,or would they shut those sites down.

I am considering to register my company in Oman as well, it would be a great way to avoid huge taxes, especially in a country as Italy, where you have to pay 30%+ for income/corporate taxes.

Anyways I'm not really sure if they would be confident with that, but I would rather say no. If you still want to avoid taxes, I would go to a country such as Cyprus, you pay 10% corporate taxes

You are only saving tax if you are keeping the money offshore. Try to bring capital back into your own country and you will be liable for tax.

Even if the UAE company is buying property in the country I live in, I will still have to pay taxes on it? Or is it only when money goes into a u.s. bank account?

You should really spend a few bucks and get some professional advice about this.

I agree with John. there's a lot more to this than just setting up shop in another Country and then getting out of taxes. There's things such as where you are a legal resident, where the money is going, etc. all that are factors. I have no idea how the UAE handles things, but I highly doubt they would let you start a business while being a legal resident of another country and then sending all the money to where you live. Maybe the UAE would allow it, but your country will most definitely expect you to pay taxes on that money going in.

Again, I'm not an expert on this, but I do know that there is a lot more to this than you seem to be aware of. Do some research or hire someone to help you.

Hire a tax accountant, there are many creative ways to deal with taxes.

My dad knows a cpa,but idk if he would know much about international taxes. I contacted a tax law firm where i live and they said they don't handle international stuff.

I'm already running a company in Dubai, UAE. Its quiet simple to setup a company here and ofcourse its a tax-free country just like Oman and other GCC (Gulf Countries).
What kind of Holding company are you looking to start and are you already residing in UAE or looking to relocate?

i live in Dubai and know tons of companies for seo/IM services and it's not allowed to run adult business even
adult and dating sites blocked here .

UAE will not allow adult site, have anybody checked south Africa, I don't think their tax is high even if there is any

Currently I reside in the U.S. but I will be relocating to Romania,I guess I'll keep my SFW businesses in UAE and my NSFW businesses in a Bulgarian company.

there are a couple of good jurisdictions for this: panama, seychelles, mauritius.
If you want to incorporate in Europe the best option would be: Cyprus (10% tax rate)
