Actually rank tracking report is an addon. Hence, we usually supply it to customers who ask for it.I will get them included in your reports.

You can save or change the keywords/url using your account profile in the dashboard.
The ideal period to change keywords/url is on monday or before monday.

Also guys report uploading is on and should be completed in 24 hours.

PS: I am having net issues, hence the support replies would be a bit delayed.
