Banned Paypal/Ebay-Tips for New Accounts!?

Brief History-
The ebay I was using is linked to an old paypal account that is banned and tainted. (it was my ex's) I had made a new account, that ended up getting linked to the old tainted account. It got banned. The new account was made after I was separated. Paypal; wouldn't work with me and banned me forever.

I have followed the ways they connect accounts to each other but would love some help and tips please, I have stuff I MUST sell off.. and this is the only way I can think of.

This is what I did..
A friend opened a New bank account, they are willing to forward the money i make to my bank account
They are using a different address, bank account, and "name" (matt instead of matthew) than a very old ebay/paypal account they had (and forgot info to) They are located in California. He is opening up a new ebay/paypal account for me to sell my stuff on

What I am wondering, and worried about.. Is I would like to access the account ebay/paypal account. But I do not want it getting flagged due to my IP/computer.
Should I try going to a public wifi spot? Will this do it?
Is there ANY way I can get into the new account from home. My home is "hot" and so is my computer.
How do I go about securing a different IP, preventing cookies.. etc.
Also, if I log in from Florida.. where I am from, will this flag the account? What about things getting shipped from my location vs the address on the ebay/paypal account.

Please please help. It is very appreciated!

Download ccleaner and use it liberally to wipe out all cookies. Create a new user account on your computer that you will use going forward for only ebay/paypal. Permanently change the ip on your computer. You can look up videos on youtube that will walk you through how to do this.

You would be better served just to open up your own new stealth account out of FL to avoid the location issues.

You can buy mobile broadband dongle for few $ on ebay and get a top up sim card. Everytime you disconnect dongle from your pc and reconnect you will get a new IP. Going to public wifi spots will waste a lot of your time and probably someone does it and you might get limited if that IP is blacklisted on PP..

I have no idea how to get a brand new bank account and address and everything associated with that, with new name, address, etc. My name is too unique, I assure you if I am linked to my small town + name it will not be hard at all for them to figure it out.
I honestly feel my only choice is my friend in CA. I am beyond frustrated.. I have items I must sell for money/space in the next 6 months.

Can you please explain the issues of using my ebay/paypal account from CA and FL

My only advice is get out of the Ebay / Paypal circle of bullshit which just goes round and round and round. So you get a new account, they catch up with it and then you end up back at the beginning of the bullshit. In my opinion it really is not worth the hassle, there are far better ways of making money online than putting up with these arseholes.

Mick I feel like that too, but ebay/paypal is a monopoly and I have NO other way of selling my stuff. This isn't a business for me.. I am trying to get rid of excess stuff (mostly collectibles) and I need them gone and sold within 6 months.

You are going to want to use a VPS (Virtual Private Server)
Do not use Ccleaner because erasing the cookies will make eBay suspicious.
Instead create another Windows User and only run that new eBay/PayPal account in it.
This way it separates all Cookies, Flash Cookies and Web Beacons.

The way I used to get a new account is by just changing my landline phone number or bank card with the bank. Then just put in a fake post code which is a number or so away from your original and use a fake address which is one or two numbers different. I live in the UK though, not sure if it is different where you live. I opened an account like this a few months ago just to list a add and the account is still open.

You can use stealth accounts for years if you run them right.

If you can't access Ebay to buy go and buy in shop. Small investment will pay off in future. If you want to know how to access ebay and laugh in future search for Ebay Stealh Guide. It's worth every penny.

Buy a VPS. Easiest solution. IP is clean. PC is clean. So completely hassle free

AS I said, I have a unique name, and I am located in a specific and small town. I am not sure how to get a new name/bank account, and address without it seeming obvious. Also, do I not need to link paypal to my bank account?

I was informed not to use the local college library or wifi spots. But doesn't everyone do this? Would it really be tainted or red flagged?

I will look into other methods to change my IP, are there not sites that let you put the web address and use it that way?

My net provider is windstream

I'd like to know as well. If I want to save some money, would simply changing my own IP and logging with a different user under Windows be sufficient?

The problem is everyone does that. If the IP of the wifi spots are associated with any banned paypal accounts, new accounts created under that IP might get banned or limited as well. Sites that let you browse anonymously is pretty much used by everyone, it's very likely IPs coming from those sites are already blacklisted.
