What is the best YouTube Program you use with Success?

Any software that does everything, from account creation, viewings, favourites, rating and commentings?

or do you use a couple of progams.

it doesn't exist. There is no one cure all for YT. Just getting a decent acct creator is trouble these days (I just post ranted about it today). You can use a number of different programs with limited success. The program which encompasses most of what you want though is tube massacre . . . however read the thread on it. . . there are a lot concerns.

Tube Increaser
Tube Booster (can do everything you listed)

As far as account creation goes I found it to be too slow creating them one at a time when they can be purchased in the thousands very cheaply.

There are very few YT commenters that work well out there, I only know of 1 or 2. You can also try TubeRobo which is made by a guy on here...it's basically the same as tubebooster.

I agree with bananahands Tubeincreaser & Tubebooster, you will have what you need.

Tubebooster works with commenting, I use it all the time to boost my videos. Just dont use new accounts to comment. I think this is why people are getting flagged more and more. I have a couple hundred old YT accounts from back in 2007, and those are what I use to comment.

I just put an ad in the buy section for age old youtube accounts, so check there. If someone is selling them I want to buy more.
