Sure, why not. Wordpress is completely flexible and easy to use platform. You can find a theme for any sort of site you want, from e-commerce, to reviews, video/image showcase, portfolios, whatever. Look up "woothemes" and "themeforest" for some premium nice looking themes you can build up from. Most of those you can find for free from the usual sources

i searched for smart theme for photos and i didn't found any thing

I would search for things like

Wordpress image gallery
Wordpress Image gallery theme
Wordpress image template
Wordpress template photo gallery

Or something along those lines. "Smart Theme for Photos" probably isn't the best thing to search for.
