Obviously they are using some kind of program or bot or script. Otherwise who would do 30k manually for 5 bucks only. I would have charged my client 1200 bucks if he/she asked me to do this manually. lol

Either REALLY cheap outsourcing, or automation.
The 'web' I can see being weaved is the use of automation tools and cheap labour running on 10x servers, creating thousands of accounts, and leaving thousands in stock. Then selling them out.
