Hi Everyone

I never expected that I will be posting a thread in this section but sadly the day has come.

I have a BST ( http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ia-high-quality-niche-sites-google-loves.html ) where I sell Niche Sites .The user fundseo ( Profile Link : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/297614-fundseo.html ) ordered a site from me on 17 June 2012.

His site was delivered with Report on 7th July.As soon as site was delivered,he enabled AdSense on his site.Everything was fine till couple of days ago (8th September 2012) when he filed a chargeback on PayPal.I mailed and PMed him(Don't expect a reply to PM as he hasn't been online for a while) but still haven't got a response.

The important thing is he filed a chargeback after 2 months the site was delivered.

Here are the transaction details .I don't have any other proofs except the site(I will PM the site to Moderator as I think it will not be good to post it in public) which I created for him as he never PMed or Mailed to me after ordering.

My money is almost gone as I don't think I have enough chances to win the dispute.So,I suggest you to not deal with the user fundseo.

tell paypal what he bought the site he payed for from you
site link and politely tell them if they find in his favor they are
saying fraud is ok as you will have lost the the money for
the website + the website ..

also 1 other thing , even on my 3 sales threads , i will not
sell to new members, members with a low post count
no history .. im sorry for your loss but this guy had 4 posts
not even enough to send a pm on bhw

This is a problem with newbs. Not that they are all scam artist, but that they feel they should be an instant millionaire because they spent $100. Most have a huge misunderstanding about what IM is. We see it here everyday with the "It's been 24 hours and I'm still not #1". Drives me insane.

Sorry this happened. Definitely show Paypal this was a service and that it was delivered. They should find in your favor.

Thanks for suggestion proxygo.I am now thinking of making compulsions like having atleast xx amount of posts before they order my service.

Also,I have already made everything clear to Paypal.

Yeah site is still functional with Adsense on them

youssfy - well who you want to sign up is your choice mate
just for me over 4/5 yrs the majority of scams are by low post
members with no history or rep, or by users with accounts with
no activity for 1/2 yrs that have never bought anything b4 that
suddenly wanna start buying, for me i found by avoiding that
category of user, ive few to no problems. this doesn't mean all
low post members are bad , just seems that's where the most
scams from.

gl with the paypal claim let us no if it goes in your favor
