How DO i make a .net site! Is it free?

.com, .org, .net > you still need to pay to register a domain like that.

You can, however, sign up for free domains but those end in .tk, and .co.cc which aren't as effective in my opinion.

Same thing still applies. Any TLD will require some cost, but there are plenty of options available on the 'net to help people who don't want to invest immediately (wordpress, for example).

Your extension (.com/.net/.org/.co) doesn't matter much pertaining to your Adsense income. If you're THIS new to internet marketing. I suggest you go over to the CPA section and ready a little. You will get paid faster with CPA, you will also see short term money quicker. The domain extensions I listed above are called TLDs(Top Level Domains). Learn about keyword research too. Please search around the forums.

Never ever ever use a free domain. If you're a cheapo your much better using blogger with adsense, either that or just shell out the $8 dollars required a year. That's about 1 hour of work at McDonalds.
