I use HMA and it works well. You can choose a lot of different locations but if you need a high speed vpn with only 8 locations, try viprvpn. It is more expensive but a lot faster.

Hidemyass advertises 3000+ ip addresses but you are only able to connect to only 2 or 3 data centers that are close by.
