Bing Says Most People Prefer Bing To Google

Well apparently i prefer bing to google. But i doubt ill switch as google is already drilled into my head. I automatically think of it before any other search engine.

i never cared about ranking in bing, but according to the compared results it seems to have very different algos. does anyone know which factors are more important to bing? they seem not to rely that hard on backlinks.

Lol, I just took their Blind study and Google won 3-1, one result was a draw.

If you search on spanish bing have nothing to do with google.

Bing seems to give me better and more relevant results these days, but google is too much of a habit.

It's almost instinctive to go to google to look something up.

the infallible sign of success when people start to use your brand name as a verb, i just can't see this happening with bing (it wouldn't sound too weird though)

let's face it, Google is far better right now...

don't get me wrong, bing is doing some interesting stuff, but what they're doing ATM it's not enough to say they're "better" than big G

FYI, Yahoo and Bing serve the exact same search results...

I know that is 'supposedly' the case, but that is in fact not how my rankings appear. Certain things will rank higher on yahoo or Bing, and certain things indexed on google and bing arent showing up on Yahoo at all in regards to my kws.

Give it ten years and another billion spent on advertising and PR. Microsoft isn't Microsoft because they suck at brand recognition and market monopolization.
