So for past hour or two I've been looking into http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/Web-Desktop-Publishing-/185/i.html how on earth do they get to sell the software so cheap? Yes affiliate programs are there, but their not giving such large % that the sellers offer, any ideas?

Sorry but this isn't a link to a seller but just to a search results page ... so please let me know which seller or product you mean is sold for a too low price there....
Not all keys are created with keygens. Some sellers sell genuine keys which can be verified for authenticity with companys like Microsoft of Adobe. Package, discs are fake but product key is real and is accepted by big software companys.
There are only a few companys in China who do that and they get their keys from Microsoft or Adobe. Employees sell them to sellers and sellers charge 50% what original software costs. Now most software from China have fake package but they use volume key which will allow to activate software online and get updates. Problems will arrive when you try to reinstall software. Your key will not work any more because it was volume key and you used it already before.
I would say 99% software on Ebay is fake. You simply can't buy genuine software cheap to sell cheap. Only way to make $ by selling software on Ebay is to sell fake and there is no other option because no one will buy you $$$ genuine when they see same product cheaper on Ebay which advertised as genuine as well unfortunately..
