There are plenty of things,going on behind the scenes in the 2nd part of the month(i.e. from days 16-30 of your monthly billing cycle):
1)lindexed drip submission thrice(5 days each)
2)3 sets of 10,000 blog comments(in addition to the one which you would receive with the report).
3)Our own indexing bot working on first tier.


then again in next month,the complete set of backlinks and the 3 steps outlined above.

are done during the second half of the first month,from days 16-30 and then again next month, you get the complete cycle.

Pls note it says 2nd part of the month,not second month.
