Can they both post active links/urls?

As I have explained it many times, Level 2 and Level 3 Both can post Clickable links but Level 3 has more authority and flagging power, it's just that people would trust more which is posted from Level 3.

Clearly this guy does business well and is very responsive but as far as the effectiveness of the accounts themselves what has been your experience? I know it will always depend on how exactly you use them but would still like to know the success and failures of the accounts :-)

I bought 2 level 2 accounts months ago and have been using them off and on since. Yahoo answers provide some good traffic BUT I read the question myself and posted a helpful comment and just dropped my link in the source box. Then rate it up on other accounts to get best answers. I am now level 4 on my answer account with a 45% best answer rate. Lots of other people rate my answer as best and I get lots of thumbs ups as well.
 
I would advise to post a link to a method on how to monetize with yahoo answer, a quick guide. I think people would be more interested then
