every time something "big" comes to fiverr, the sellers get screwed big time; the 1st "big" update locked the payments for about a week, the more recent "big" update (adding subcategories) forced the sellers to re-write their gigs, but passing the new (seriously retarded filters) meant almost a complete re-write and less internal traffic
The subcategories are old news. We talk about something new here. Each "big" update decrease my orders. I have rank, feedbacks, top rated status but less orders. Cant wait for the "big new" bullschits...I thought I remembered reading that the "big news" was just something to do with more category options or the ability to further specify a category instead of being in such big, broad categories. Nothing Earth-shattering, I think....
Yes fiverr makes a nice profit but sellers also make some good moneythey will do something that will increase profits, they don't give a shit about you sellers you do all the hard work and they take 1/5 i.e 20% of your profit. Without sellers they would not exist, yes they are offering the platform but still they should really be less greedy now with thousands of purchases daily they should decrease the commission they take for virtually doing nothing. Yes they are doing nothing much as of now it is the sellers sole ability to promote his gig that makes fiverr money. You do all the work and fiverr makes a nice profit.
