How can we create any Blog?

Hello everyone...
I know much about blogging but still i think that their is something is missing in my blogging that make my reader to love them.
I write unique contain for my reader but still they are not that much interested in reading my blog.
That's why i want to know where i am missing in writing or creating blog.

What sort of content are you writing? I believe that when writing a blog you need to have a clear goal in mind - are you being informative, are you reviewing products, are you trying to get someone to buy something? What are your calls to action? If you are able to be more open with what you write - we'll be able to help you with what you may be missing.

What do you think about a friendlier design?
Also I think you should use more images within your post and create some more subheadlines.
For example this post looks just like a big wall of text.

Can you post the link of our blog? That's a better idea. Look and feel of the bother doesn't bring traffic to the site it's all about the content. It got to be unique, informative and interesting to hold the attention of the readers.
