Penguin attack

In last Google PR updates my sites are much affected by Google's new ranking algorithm which we call Penguin attack.
And PR of my sites decreased even I've regular update my sites by unique contents.
Anybody can suggest how do I recover my loss ?

Build quality links to them. Rather than relying on automated tools, focus on building a relatively small number of high quality contextual links. Also be sure to use a variety of anchor texts. This should probably help them recover.

Get some PR5 and higher links from sites with same topic or PR7 and more from any trusted sites. Use different anchors. Link with the main url anchor and the site name as an anchor.

I've replied a similar solution for these type of issues in my other post here .....
Just keep your concentration on regulur update your sites with unique and copyscape passed contents. Also Get quality backlinks by different SEO means.

PageRank doesn't come from content. PageRank comes from links.

That seems strange.. but I think you must add more backlinks to your site must be all related to your keywords.

You should add PR7 and above links if possible. Your rankings will boost.

Get some PR5 and higher links from sites with same topic or PR7 and more from any trusted sites. Use different anchors. Link with the main url anchor and the site name as an anchor.

Build quality links to your site. Always try to get backlinks from sites which are ranked higher than you. i.e if your site is a PR3, then build links from PR3 & above.
BTW I used to love penguins & always thought they are harmless to humans, but not anymore.

Penguin Attack :0 means, that your site disappear from results, it is not about PR

I guess you may be affected because of your links, try building quality links instead of concentrating on building more links.

Use Google Webmaster Tools to disavow bad links to your site. That's the first step to get rid of any spammy sites that are linking to your site. Then work to get high quality do follow links to your site from authoritative blogs and wiki sites.

I used the disavow links tool to recover from a Penguin attack, but you have to be very careful and only remove small amounts each time and wait to see the result

You need contextual do follow backlinks from high PR pages. Google Page Rank pages not sites. If this affect a lot to your site consider buying that kind of links.
