I've been doing SEO for quite a while, ranked a couple of sites but all these rankings didn't stay very long. So I decided to put together a diagram of my new SEO strategy and I'd like to get some feedback, it's certainly not perfect. What do you think? What to add and what to delete? BTW, sorry for the bad design.

I own Scrapebox and Clyde Social Bookmarking bomber, the rest will be done manually. I am thinking about adding Classified Sites as well as PAD sites, but haven't worked with both before. Thanks in advance!

Well, that's a complex diagram. Bookmarking the money site directly is fine (with me).

Just keep it simple stupid, you've been doing good, just add private network links and the key of penguin update is keyword diversity.

blasting everything to your main site can be dangerous! you ahve good diversion of backlink type.. thats really good.. make sure u diversify your anchor text also... you should include a intermediate tier between sb blasts and first tier.. a sn or wiki that can link content based backlinks...

High quality article with images is must...

Well, I do a lot of anchor diversity, thats not the problem. I don't have access to a private network nor do I plan to build one in the near future, concerning my current effort in IM :)

Well, I do not "blast" anything, besides TIER1. I try to build only quality links and to reduce the quality. For example, I've built only 10 High PR Web 2.0s and not more than 30 HIGH PR Wikis. I wouldn't consider that blasting. Yeah, from what I've heard lately, link diversity is one of the main keys to SEO success.

Cheers

I have found running GSA ranker alone has been ranking my low competition keywords

not bad looks good, I hope it will take few weeks to be complete

Your new strategy resembles other diagrams that were shared these past few months by other BHW members (names like Scritty, Cash202 or acotut cross my mind). It will be interesting to see Google's reaction to this, given the fact that a lot of blackhatters are/will be using this strategy. Nevertheless, hat's off to you for trying to implement it.

I believe you need to worry less about "the plan" and more about not letting scrapebox run riot creating backlinks everywhere while your manual commenting will be a lot slower. Link frequency is something I think people are finally catching onto and creating 1000's of links a day just isn't constructive in the long term. I'm only new here but unless your trying to rank for quite competitive keywords I think some people are going a little overboard with these very complex plans.

Split your first tier into two tiers or more and you will be fine.

There are 2 outcomes from too much direct backlinking: the sites ranks or it gets deep down in the results. Try to slow down that and do only quality ones as much as you can, you don't have to dilute anything, google doesn't classify too much quality as bad.

Dude, let us know result.. atleast for the help this community did!

What about content? You plan to use unique or spun content?

Thanks for the answers.

Will take a few days I guess.

Well not directly inspired from the people you named, however this is pretty much the knowledge I got over quite a long time. I am sure that this will work better, I don't see something in this diagram that will hurt my site, so if this doesn't work as good as I think it will, I'll implement another method.

Well I don't have immense AA lists or whatever, I just do a little backlinking like ~100 scrapebox links to each Tier1 link. I do not ping them, I just let them index over time. I am quite lazy, won't be building links too fast :P

Why? Wouldn't that reduce the link diversity?

I consider all the TIER1-links that I'll build of high-quality. I only build very few links of each type and only on the sites that have the highest domain PR.

Dude, let us know result.. atleast for the help this community did!

Sure, why not. So far I've built the following to the moneysite.
-4 Video Links(Youtube,Dailymotion,Flickr,Vimeo) with spun description and random account!
-10 manually created Web 2.0s with spun article(70% unique), random pictures and random video from the 4 I've uploaded.
-7 document site links
-61 High PR wiki links(same article as for WEB 2.0s, which I regret, because it might have been a mistake.

So far, I went from not listed in the rankings to Rank #43 for main keyword.

What about content? You plan to use unique or spun content?

Both. Haven't thought about where to use what, but I think for Press Releases and Article Sites et cetera I am going to use unique content.

Thank you for all the answers, would love to keep this thread active, gonna post results over time!
You rock,
