Very good method. Really what it seems to be is just pushing up your solid web 2.0 sites and giving them some juice with tier 2 links. This is something we could all do with some good web 2.0 we have already. This post has given me some ideas to try out. Thank you

And you can also get penalized for BREATHING because it is after all, Google!

If you are worried about getting penalized then don't do anything. But if you're not already ranking then what in the world would you have to worry about?

Is it better to do this Tier1 stuff with Web2.0? (maybe google will ban Web2.0 in future updates?) or new registered Domains with different IP adresses? (less trust than Web2.0)

I did this in the past with Web2.0 sites but I dont know, most of them get deleted I think. You have less control with Web 2.0

Mine, only have 1 tier, and rest with diversified links blasts to tier-1. Only 2 with higher authority sites pointed to main site.
Lots of authority-surgeon-sites in my niche. All beaten. It's already 4 months, even penguin updated. My site 9 mo old.
