NEED Help Selling My Site !! Makes $1500 a month adsense.

I am interested in selling my money making site.

I dislike flippa , but i am in need of someone that has a solid account on there to help me sell my hiphop/celebrity blog that currently makes $1500-$1800 ( adsense, affiliate program) a month and gets 110,000uv a month.

50% from google ( organic)
50% from twitter ( twitter account with 30k followers )

I am willing to piece off the person that helps me sell it on flippa or elsewhere. serious people only, that have done this before many times, could be easy money for you.

Sorry I couldn't help it, just watched an episode of south park. Going with the general rule of 6 months of revenue I would say you could sell it between $7,000 and $10,000
Might want to add if your selling the twitter account along with it.

General rule of 6 months?

Adsense sites flip the best. The guys at adsenseflippers.com go for 20 months. I'd say 1 year to 15 months sounds more reasonable from what I've read. 6 months ... that is too low. But then again it depends on how intensive site maintenance is ... whether you have to keep on top of trends and post daily ... that would make it sell for less.

Adsense sites sell like hotcakes. If you have proven revenue for the last 6 months and can get the revenue verified thru Flippa, this should be fairly easy to sell. There are fiverr gigs where they write the sales letter for you like the one below. I sold my first adsense sites through Flippa on my first auction and they were only making collectively $500. You should have no problem selling your site, just give it a try. If you do, set the options to have your listing featured and on the front page. You will receive way more views. My site sold and it wasn't featured. It was lost in the sauce amongst the other sites.

Would be interested to find out for how much he ended up selling it.
 
Nowadays, I wouldn't investing in website who gets 50% of organic traffic and 50% of twitter traffic. those both traffic sources are easy to loose with 1 Google update and 1 twitter ban
