Yes, aged domains do give a boost to SERP, but with such low competition keyword, why would you even care about that? You can senukle your way to the top in a week.

No, it usually means the previous owner was too lazy to promote it.

Of course I can find keywords without looking up whether it is aged or not. If you're interested in that service let me know and I can see what I can find for you. However my primary method of finding keywords is by scraping and parsing dropped domains. I've found some crazy keywords with this method, keywords I'd never have thought to look for in Adwords.

I usually rank my sites within 2 months. You bought one keyword on Tuesday and one on Wednesday so you probably have more work ahead of you.

I can build more site and wait for it to rank in the meantime. But worry that after 2 months find out all the works within the 2 months aren't going anywhere.

To those enquiring about higher volume keywords/EMDs, I am changing my rate from my old formula (Global Searches +Local Searches)/200) to $1 per 100 local searches. This means I'm generally lowering my prices. This includes the cost of the domain.
