SENukeX is the most newbie-friendly.
MagicSubmitter is the most powerful but it's not easy to use.
UltimateDemon is also newbie-friendly but it's not as powerful as MS.

Yeah, Both tools are running with a great speed. I use both for 2nd tier links.

magic submitter,scrapebox,Bmd,AMr and the best spinner are the best search engine optimization softwares.Except magic submitter all are one time investment software's.

There is not a single software that does it all, every software for link building does something better than the other, like ScrapeBox is the best blog commenting software and AMR is best for article submission blasts.

It's interesting how there are always so many 'bulk' and 'content sparse' posts claiming SENukeX is 'the best'... yet I have never read a single post/article explaining how it reigns over it's competitors. 
Honestly, software can only truly be compared... well, when it's compared to other similar software. As a disclaimer these pages lead to affiliate links, but I believe the content is going to help a plethora of newbies or people who are unsure of how to go about making decisions about what software to purchase (or not purchase!).
All-in-one Link Building software
I've tried all the big ones as shown here, and time and time again I am amazed that SENuke is still crowned as some sort of king of link building software... When in conclusion, I honestly think it's the worst of the three, coupled with that ridiculous price tag. Though, their marketing department is outstanding
The tool does the job, but I find that developer support dwindles more and more, and the fact that they stay sturdy on the price and don't really seem to want to compete, in my book, means that they care a little less about customers as times goes by. Is all this true? Maybe not, but when you're giving your money to someone for a service/product, it's always best that this entity is at least somewhat reputable and actually wants you're business, so just in case sh*t hits the fan one day, you don't get any flung in your face.
Magic Submitter is a great piece of software with a justified price honestly. Is it the best coded/performing? I wouldn't say so, but it works really well, gets decent success rates, and the developers really care about their product, AND their customers from what I've seen.
However, Ultimate Demon is without any doubt the best piece of software. Scritty (very helpful member here) is probably the biggest and most well known affiliate for this product, and for good reason. Go read his posts and you'll see the guy overflows with quality and helpful contributions; when someone like that endorses a product, you have to BELIEVE it's quality. UD from our experience has been wonderful for it's purpose, developer support has been excellent (even when we didn't have it in bulk), and most importantly the price is the most competitive out there, and the devs even take it a step further to offer a one time license.

BMD= Book Marking Demon
AMR= Article Marketing Robot
My vote goes for UD (Ultimate Demon, as TheBlueWizard said in his post) it is an extremely versatile tool as long as you know how to use it. Granted for me the learning curve was rather high but with Scritty's help (his forum and website demondemon.com) I am able to use it well though I am not by any means as good as Scritty.
