Completely New To Site Flipping

Hey BHW forums! I'm completely new to the site flipping business and I was just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to teach me to get started. I'm talking about the basic of the basic. Terminology, to do's, what not to do's, etc. I don't even know what SEO, white hat SEO, or black hat SEO is supposed to do. I just know the abbreviation.

I hope someone reading this would realize the position I'm in and remind them of how their first time was when they first started =O. I appreciate anyone willing to help me. Thanks!

But it seems to be for only people who got a business to sell. It doesn't teach what kind of websites to sell and how to build them etc.

Thanks! I've seen that thread too but I'm not looking to purchase anything like that anytime soon. That book is more suited for people who knows what they're doing in my opinion and I'm not up to that level yet =P

For OP, like other newbies in BHW, we just need to use the search tab seen in every page. Or you can go over threads about site flipping. For sure, after a little scrolls on pages you will get the best answer. I apologize if i cannot give the link of a sample thread for including myself, I am still on the search for Site Flipping techniques to master here in BHW.
