seems like a got a few bad proxies. 3 work great. 2 are iffy and the rest don't work well at all. can we fix this please?

I need shared proxyz from all around the USA states. If proxyz are from the higherst popular city, in thats state, thats great.
I used changemyip.com, its good and reliable. But it doenst have shared ones, in all the states.
At least i need, proxyz in most popular states in USA. Like, CA,NY,NJ,TX,IL,FL,
