Spammers in Wordpress platformed blog. How to find them?

If you are owning a blog which drives you 500-700 unique visitors per day. You work hard and keep quality contents at regular times and as a result you are getting comments from visitors and other fellow bloggers. All of a sudden there starts getting "spam comments"? What you will do? How you can find those spammers and how you gonna save your blog from them?

I just block the links to their websites automatically. there are many ways u can find in inet. But the message has to be removed manually.

You have to install wordPress plugins SI CAPTCHA antispam. than you will not received
spam comments.
