Wouldn't it just be easier to list on CL for slightly more than the amazon price and have them e-mail you. Then when they do just have them pay you and then have the item shipped to them? Or is there something wrong with this because from what people say it looks like people will buy at the slightly higher price, leaving room for profit (say $10-$20, perhaps more).

People on CL will not pay you without the merchandise. If they have to wait for shipping, they might as well go on ebay or amazon.

Started this method today, will see what happen.
I just tried another way, instead of putting a more expensive cost, I put a price under the Amazon price (~75%) and tell people that if they want they can ask me questions by mail. When they send me mails, I tell them that the product is already sold but they can go on Amazon (with my aff link) because that's where I bought mine before for a ridiculous cost and shipping are free.
Don't know if it can works but somebody already tell me "thanks" for the advice
Will follow that way for a week, adding around 2 or 3 products a day and next week I could see if it's a good method !!

If I understand your question...To easily make a link to an Amazon product page, I use the Amazon Affiliate Link Generator ( sorry, I can't post the url but you can Google it). Just fill out the form and it will generate the link for you. The only curcial info you need is the Asin (or the Isbn for books) and your Affiliate ID. Once you've used the link generator once, you can just save the link and recycle it, replacing the Affiliate ID and Asin to create a new link.

If the buyer wants to pay you more then take payment and order the tv from amazon and have it delivered to them.

Take this a step further if its a hot product and respond to wanted emails and offer your link. There must enough people to make it worth while. I've made a sweet penny doing this.

Sounds do-able. I think I may try this "YOUR" way instead of getting flagged and spammed.
