Hope this gets sorted out quickly

With a resolution wherein no one loses any money...

Your images don't load for me sirjocky.

The links are broken a little bit :(

loan agreement:

paypal screen of OP's payment to him (310 $ + international paypal fees):

OP will fix it for sure.

Pretty disappointed with Atlusphere. He is a pretty old member and according to his claims he is making quite a good chunk of money -

I wonder what's his need of $320 after 1 month of starting that thread!

What was the loan for? Why did you give it to him?

Have you tried contacting him? When was the last time he spoke back to you?

Fill in the gaps and I'm sure a mod will help you out, sorry to hear you got screwed buddy!

Rule number one: Never loan someone you met on the internet money, you have to figure they are not going to pay you back. Since they can simply block you from contacting them in every way with a few clicks, it is just a bad idea.

Lending is not allowed in BHW. So, this is not coming under shitlist material as per rules.. But already atlusphere was shitlisted for other reason and it was not proved, pm ed him again to respond here.

He is not active for the past few weeks. If he is not responding here in 48 hours, he will be issued Perm Ban.

Why dont you simply file a paypal dispute and show them this Loan agreement and hopefully you will get yourmoney back ?

No response from Atlusphere.

Considering he is a scammer and Issued perm Ban.

Paypal offers no protection for anything other than physical goods. As soon as they find out it's anything otherwise it's case closed.

That's good, But what will happen to the OP $320

The OP's best bet is to do a CC chargeback and hope his card issuer takes his side.

At the least, we mods can only issue Ban. To avoid getting scammed, we have the rules stating Lending is not allowed. When you are not following the rules, you will get burn.

really? have you experienced that yourself?

I'd be interested to know that people are being scammed and paypal don't act.
