That is not how Youtube works. If the audio is too loud then people are more (very) likely to click away from the video instead of lowering the volume. The louder it is the higher the chance of people leaving. Too low volume is undesirable too, but not nearly as bad as too high. If people really want to watch your stuff or the first 2 seconds are really good, then less people will leave but a lot of them won't bother.

Don't thinks so. Back in the day people said when they used 'naughty' words in the title, desc, or tags it would automatically delay the adsense approval and wait for an actual person to review it. IDK if they still do this but give it a shot.
