how to present negative reputation results to a Client? software available?

Hey fellow bhwers,

I was wondering if there was a type of software available that would be able to create some type reputation management reports based on a keywords?

So far I've been doing it manually (as i'm sure most people are doing as its not that complicated) and showing examples of their negative reputation. I was just wondering if there was something out there that would scrap the data instead. Obviously the software would have to know what is considered a negative rep.

Anyways I know it's a long shot.

If anyone can share an effective way to present it to a client it would be most helpful

I think the best way is to take a screenshot (print screen and paste it in word) and then print it out.

1) Go to GetListed dotorg ( i can't post URLs here),
2) Search for your prospect's business,
3) Click on the "Reviews" tab.

It pulls and displays 3-5 of the most recent reviews from Google, Bing, Yelp, Yahoo, Superpages, YP and CitySearch.
Since the ugliest reviews are not always the most recent, doing it the long way will create a more powerful screenshot, but this is a pretty good time-saver.

I screenshot and print the GetListed Reviews page and also copy/paste to my own site, so I can link to it from LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. If you want to see one of these site pages, go to fb and search for my "ORM Professionals" group... FB/groups/264184247035687. All are welcome who are interested.
