eBay Account Permanantely suspended! HELP!

I received a notice from eBay saying my account was suspended.

"From experience we know that certain items and actions are more associated with fraudulent activity on eBay than others. As a precaution, we suspend an account if it gives us cause for concern. We then ask for more information before we reinstate the account."

I called them today and they said my account is permanently banned. They said there is no use of making another one because they will just suspend it again.


What do I do??? I seriously need help!

Thanks for your suggestions guys. One questions.

Let's say I make another eBay account as well as a PayPal account. What if I attach a bank account from the previous paypal that was linked to the blocked ebay.

I linked a bank account with paypal to get verified and link the whole paypal account to ebay account. If I take the same bank account (remove it from the current linked paypal account) and just add it to my new paypal account, will eBay suspend me again if I have a different IP Address?
