I use simplyurl for my wordpress. There is also yourls.org for your own site. It has many features like bitly. Goo.gl is not good for aff links. Also using ******, you get leaks to your own affiliate links.

make your own private url shortners, host them yourself.

Killer tip 1. using yourl script you can modify the target at a later date!
Killer tip 2. you can have multiple links via diferent domains you own and spin the anchor url.
Killer tip 3. be sure to cloak the hosting.

Oh and if you are lazy, you could you the skimlinks plugin.....

this should get you started...you dont want to use google's because everyone's heard of it, just like tiny url....if you are using these to post on Craigslist for example...Tinyurl is already blacklisted where as the above i used today to post.....I have a bunch of others but I'm not allowed to post links in these forums

TinyUrl is the best, i used other but they blocked some sites like (adfly, adfocus, adult sites) but TinyUrl not. It will redirect instantly to your site.

goo.gl does not accept submitting affiliate links.

Who said that. I shortner my affiliate links its works. I guess some affiliate network it may not work that doesnt mean that all affiliate network it doent work. Clicksure network it works fine for me. But I have heard people telling Clickbank doesnt work. I dint test though..
