Not an expert on that sort of thing....And I dont know where you stand on using the brand youtube witout getting into trouble so thats for someone else to comment.

This kind of thing works with lots of clickable offers "download here" all over the place . You have a lot of dead /empty space under your videos..use it

I think you just punched me ... with that color palette! Seriously though that purple is really distracting, IMHO you need to pull back on the the intensity to make your call to action pop. Have only 1 "Free Download" button or make the other one display above the fold (preferable). The sales message should NOT have a "-" in front of each line or be in "link" blue. If you only have 2 internal links just scrap them and make this a true sales page. One last thing, ditch the white around the header image.

Sites looking better already. Another idea would be to switch the images around and put the "free download" button at the bottom of the page. That creates more of a sales funnel, the prospect can see what the product looks like then can read about it if necessary and ultimately click the free download button. I would also remove some of the <br> elements to remove the unnecessary scroll bar. Keep us in the loop as to how you make out with this project.

A bit simple, you can work by adding some cool design to it. Get inspiration from some templates on TM, there are literally thousands of inspiration sources out there. Don't just throw some ugly stuff and cross your fingers. Work a little more.

I would dump it, as soon as you get some decent traffic/se rankings get ready for the good old c&d letter.

This page is probably not going to get a lot of conversions because it doesn't look legitimate. I don't do CPA, but if I did, I'd try to copy the design of a site like media fire or cnet. I'd just copy the source code and change it at will to make it look as legit as possible.

But if you're going to keep this design, you really need to fill in those sidebars.

That isn't nitpicky. That was my first thought at well. The sidebars either need more content, or some different colors. Try to add some "official" or "verified" images to make it look more trustworthy.
