Im genertaing leads for world wide real estate clients. Essentially, finding buyers and investors for their homes.

As the markets in the US starts to slowly grow again it seems like the rest of the world will follow in the coming years.

I would like to connect with anyone in this industry to discuss ideas.

I've got some pretty big real estate investing sites. Are you just looking to connect or do something in particular?

I am bank certified to buy "Blocks of foreclosed properties" which means 10-50 homes at a time from banks and asset managers.

I am looking for anyone who wants to be involved in this sphere as a

>USA jv partner [what skills do you bring to the table ]

> Financial Partners large or small. Your name or company will be a member of my private LLC whose name appears on the title of all properties we purchase and remarket. Expect large financial returns compared to 1% from a bank.

> I will JV with anyone who has the skills for this market area.

CAUTION: I almost got caught up in internet lending scheme posed as a large lender from Europe which was nothing more than an African scheme to con people out of money. You have to watch return email headers and for telephone numbers that start with +44 7

If you are serious skype > jz.zabo"

P.S. I will be posting a web page for partners and scraping for asset sellers and asset investors the month of September 2012 and I will be waiting for yuor responses.

P.S. I cannot PM yet so you need to skype me > jz.zabo and I will provide you an email address

I had been involved in real estate investing a few years ago and stopped, but I have been thinking about getting back into it. Wouldn't mind hooking up with someone and exchanging ideas. Let me know if that is what you are thinking.

thanks,

Hey guys,

Thanks for responding - some interesting perspectives.

@Scritty. Would be keen to chat more if you're interested about a potential JV in this area?

Im interested as well...Ive been interested in offering this to my fellow real estate investors. Im just having a hard time seeing how to mash real estate investing or real estate at that with IM..

I too am learning about real estate investing so anyone willing to share info can pm me.

I am in the real estate industry and I am also starting a led gen campaign. I have been in real estate for 10 years and I have been in the coaching vertical for 5. I am working on putting it together now. I would like to discuss ideas with anyone interested. PM for for any discussions.

I have done some Real Estate IM for a real estate company where I marketed for three agents online. We used the company proprietary software along with craigslist. From those advertising venues I was generating on average about 100 leads per day with about 70% entering what seemed to be real contact information. Of those leads I have no idea how many actually turned as the agents I was doing this for had no idea what I was really doing for them. They were lazy and didn't contact the leads until many hours later, sometimes even attempting contact days later.

I would also enter all the offers for the agents in an investment firm who used the two main agents I worked for as a face for potential clients. Foreclosures are big right now obviously, but yes the market is slowly going back up. I would expect in a year or two at the most it starts climbing pretty strong.

My main way of lead generation was to get them to click through a craigslist ad that had a link that went to the company real estate website. After the person viewed 3 properties on the company website it will require them to sign up before they can view any more. Surprisingly it worked very very well. I could use some tricks in craigslist ads to get massive clicks so my CLR was great and my sign up was excellent.

It is easy to get lots of leads, but the real trick is knowing what to do with the good leads.

Do you post ads and websites in other countries search engines, or do your leads find you on google?
Good Luck!
