SEO Pro needed to dominate local keywords - Pay per performance only

Hey guys,
I run a local website design business. I have a list of about 5 keywords that I want to dominate for Australian searches.

To weed out the junk, I'm only going to pay for results, meaning if I don't rank, you don't get paid. It's only fair really as I don't want to pay someone to send a bunch of junk links to my site and do more harm than good.
To make this system fair, I will pay for anything top 10 or above, although I am looking for #1 for all of the keywords.

Again, I'm not looking for someone who is going to do more harm than good, I'm looking for a professional who is confident that can get me ranking top 3.

So basically, you want someone to sit there and do hours of work, for a few weeks, and not be seen anything during that time period? I feel sorry for the person who chooses to do that. That is a horrible deal and is completely unfair to the seller.

Having someone do everything you ask is not practical and frankly nobody will work for free.

This is what I can offer. Keep in mind it is a one time price and not a monthly fee like other providers.

I will research 5 keywords and create pages on your site targeting those phrases. I will create all content for your site site including onpage and offpage. If your site does not hit page 1 for all phrases then you get your money back.

Pricing is 300.00 for the 5 keywords or 550.00 for 10.

I also posses something nobody else does that aids linking. I own a private blog network of 4500 blogs and growing all aged and no footprints. This is used for building your tier links and really creates tons on linkjuice.

Real professionals don't cheapen their product by having to "prove" themselves before they get paid. They know what they're time and skill is worth. Your best bet is to look in the BST section and read the reviews of services and try them out.

But distinguishing professionals from those who just want to make a quick buck is difficult. Which is why I saw this system as necessary, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try that.

Actually, I am very confident in my skills and abilities to rank clients and would be willing to discuss things further on a budget. However, i will not and nor will anyone else who is a "pro" work on a project like this for free. I am not a kid who buys fiverr gigs. I do manual SEO and my campaigns are and have been penguin and panda proof. So, if you want to discuss it on skype, my skype is in my SIG. But I will not work for free. That's unprofessional.
