I see people selling VCC for many different purpose like verifying paypal ,adwords , adCenter or for shopping . What is the difference between them ? What if I want to create a VCC for verifying adCenter? Should I desposit a specify amount in the VCC to get it approved by adCenter?

Adwords has banned most of VCCs to prevent us doing fraud, so as adcenter and facebook. Thats why VCC provider distinguish VCCs by name coz one card may work at adwords and might not work on facebook....

I'm in trouble to here... I used to be able to create accounts with vcc's getting from fiverr, but not anymore...also the paypal option doesn't work anymore for some reason... If anyone can help, i'll be willing to give a small fee as a thank you !
PS. I'm from europe and i don't know if I can create a us bank account for creating vcc's....

Did you use a proxy corresponding to the registerd address when creating the adcenter accounts?

I'm sure it's the vcc that's screwing me up... cause after adding it, either bing just doesn't accept it or, a half hour later I can't log in anymore...

Well I been trying out my own VCCs (EU bank)
So far nearly 10 accounts have been running perfectly. Campaigns running etc on ones where I did use.
But now what
What would you guys recommend as a good strategy for scaling? Its a hassle doing 10 to 20 min work to get the account running and then creating the campaigns etc. Is there any easier option?

AdCenter deducting $1.00 and not 0.01c as you said.
Dudes, you don't get it, there is no such thing as VCC supplier, If Bing will found few fake accounts using same Credit Card, that
source of VCC cards will be block the next day. If you only one using this source creating 2-3 account per month or two, this is the one thing and if
bunch of people using same VCC creating 100's of account, that will be Red Flagged in no time.

hope it helpsWell since you are in EU you should look at bank accounts that can create VCC ... I used to have access to one in Latvia but no more :S ... a Buddy of mine use to use iDeal http://www.ideal.nl/?s=&lang=eng-GB... check them out ... you can do prepay to start up accounts ...

Agreed ! I bought it last month.. scam, there are also other scam sites out there.
