I am so confused about it whether to let it go or get in hold of it.


If i can hold it under which niche can i use it?


Or if i m preparing to sell it how much can I gain out of it?

Re: valuation - I agree with what johnhunter said above.

As for your niche question, choosing a niche for some existing domain name you have and building a site for it just because you have the domain name is a bit of a backwards thinking. Domains cost $7 a year so they're hardly worth anything. Instead of trying to figure out what sort of a site to build on this domain, you should be trying to figure out what sort of a site you WANT to build and then registering a domain name for THIS site.

Letting a useless domain name expire isn't something to be afraid of.

I would suggest you to keep the domain if you can spend $500 for SEO.
The niche that would be perfect for this domain would be clothing or lingerie stuffs.
Just my opinion.
