The report is now received, Khanna.

REVIEW:
And as happens from time to time, I have to eat my foot a bit on some of the previous comments in the thread. After looking at the report, and the link structure therein, I must admit that I'm going to have to look for alternate reasons as to why the site for this order is now N/A, nearly across-the-board for its previously ranking keys. The likely culprit being a combination of a lack of requesting generic anchors from Khanna (he can only fill orders, as they are ordered, after all), coupled with being a bit over zealous with the size of package I ordered (i.e. link velocity). This order was for an MNS; and as such, I'm not nearly as diligent with analyzing the backlink needs of such properties as I am with important properties. In addition, it is my sincere belief that MNS's days are numbered -- perhaps the death of my site is an early salvo.
Khanna was also so kind as to offer me compensation for having to wait significantly beyond the TAT, was perfectly transparent as to why it happened, and offered an apology that I can only accept and thank him for. Such gestures go a long way in business and with me, personally.
I recommend the Matrix Project. That being said, one must be sure to know their website and what it needs; because, and in spite of what reads in the marketing pitch of the majority of these BSTs, there is no such thing as a "perfectly safe" SEO service if one is ordering incorrectly, relative to the backlink needs of their Web property.
