Proxies & fast captcha breakers

Hi Guys

First post so be gentle with me!

I am looking for a regular Proxy list (maybe around 300 a month) and a Captcha service to run on a website.

I would rather hear from normal posters who the best are for each and not so many 'sales' pitches saying theirs is the best!

SPEED is the main concern here, I hear about Captchas solving within 12 seconds etc, frankly that is too slow, way to slow. I need something to be done within a second and Proxies that are of the highest quality.

If anyone could help it would be appreciated, in the meantime I am going to try and navigate around this maze of information

I have been having pretty good luck setting up my own proxies using low end VPN's, you have alot more control over the servers.

For captcha's i have recently been using Captcha Sniper and have had some really good results and i like it because there is no per captcha fee.

Not sure if I can integrate Captcha Sniper in with my Custom bot though, I am not the most technically versed ;-)

Just to bump this up guys and give an update.

I signed up to deathbycaptcha and while the percentages are quite high of successful breaks the response time can be long so I need to keep an eye on that. Not sure if it is anything to do with the time difference from the UK to wherever they are based? Anyone know where they operate from?

I am still having difficulties with Proxies as they seem to be timing out all the time and are slow.

Can anyone recommend a good service or proxy list for UK proxies (regular ones, need about 300-400 fresh ones ongoing). Not looking to break the bank but just want public ones that are UK based and that are refreshed on a regular basis.

Free proxies are slow, there's no way around it. There are loads of people abusing them so you just have to wait your turn. If you want faster ones that aren't on public lists then you will have to scan for them yourself (an art in itself), but they will still be slow. You can buy fast UK proxies at anonymous-proxies.net, I use these guys and they are quite good.

All captcha services are also slow because there has to be time to upload the captcha to whatever third world country it's based in, the typist has to fill out the captcha, and then the result is transmitted back to you. In addition to DBC I also use de-captcher.com and expertdecoders.com.

Thanks for your reply and advice.

I am aware that free proxies will be slow especially ones that are based outwith the country I am in (UK).

My biggest concern is that I cannot afford to run with Private ones as I require a large number. Maybe a shared UK proxy list or subscription would be better for me. I will maybe look at that option depending on the price I get quoted.

definately don't expect it to be fast just not as slow as they are.

I realise that by paying I would receive quicker Proxies but I need quantity as well as some kind of quality (doesnt have to be Private proxy quality)

If its not widely know, it should be ... most captcha solving servcies have peak hours and off hours .. workers are paid a slightly higher wage for working off hours. These off hours can be difficult - capacity wise - to handle for them. Their peak hours are their own daytime working hours ... so you can guess as to when that would be
