Best service for High PR Backlinks?

I want to get my site ranked on google. I bought 250+ High PR backlinks from WPBacklinks. What other services are good? I am not looking for the ones that have like $100/month and stuff like that. I am kind of looking for cheaper services because I dont even know if I can rank for my keyword...

Its not that costly and stays permanent.

I've used ALN for about a month so far, before that I would buy ALN/Blog network services from vendors. If you have some PR domains laying around that are not important and useless put them in a blog network and earn submission points. Bad thing about ALN is that once you put 3 blogs it starts costing money for additional blogs. Not much but, ya know. Also a big negative, in my opinion, is that the points expire daily so You either use them or lose them.

I've heard good things about freebloglinks.net its completely free (for now).

Wait, you're serious? You can't be serious. ALN has shattered the rankings of hundreds/thousands of sites and has been referred to by Google BY NAME.
