I just subscribed for 400 Worldwide HTTP Package and I have already tried around 15 proxies and non worked for me. I have tried it with both "Proxy Tool Add-on" and "Foxy Proxy". Sent email to support, still waiting for response. Transaction ID: 19284907X8537103N

Please PM your email address or send email to proxylistco at gmail.com, with web sites that you tried to access, as well as where you are located.

Several factors:'
1) If you try to access to USA site from other countries such as Middle East, Southeast Asia, using USA proxies, or different proxies, there will be a long delay in reaching to these USA sites.
2) Did you configure DNS on your computer to speed up the proxy access as suggested on our site? (see http://webproxylist.com/questions/ for Q/A details).

The real question is...How do you use proxies? We always ask the customers..then we help them from there.

If you try to open web sites (such as Facebook, Yahoo, etc.) using HTTP, then you have the incorrect package. Many sites require HTTPS proxies, which works well.

I have many customers who have no issues with our services for more than 2 years.

My techs will be able to assist you from there.

If you didn't notice, I have provided the Payment transaction ID in my post, You can verify it. I don't want this service anymore. I had canceled your pre-approved payment from my paypal account and right after that my subscription was cancelled. I have opened a dispute on paypal. Please refund my money. My tech checked these Indians IPs to be working well, as he replied to your email (not 2 days?). It must be your end since you do not use the direct access located in India, according to our system (10,000km), using private proxy.

You did not list which web sites you are trying to access, or how you use these IPs. Without knowing which web sites or the specific use, we can not help you per our request. Many customers know that these public proxies requires some bit efforts to deal with unknown web sites, especially HTTPS sites when using HTTP proxies (will not always work).

We always help customers with issues or questions as we do for more than 2 years. We even Teamviewer their computer and checked/configured their settings, then show them how to deal with proxies. That is what we always do for customers on request.

Not really sure what your problem is mate. But I think portalweb sells very good proxies. A lot of BHW customers including BTB and a few others are here. I am personally using them too. So far I dont have any issues. BTW if you think you can use their api after getting refund, I think you will be disappointed. Not sounding suspicious but I see that most of your posts are negative and not to mention you just joined in june.

Did you even try talking to the provider? Anyway, its pointless to talk with you. I think its a very sad case of trolling or bad competition.

I wonder which negative posts to BHW vendors you keep refereeing to. I have already asked you to stop getting personal and stop spreading negative vibe, this is not professional at all. If your proxies didn't work for me it does not mean you start accusing me of bringing it out intentionally. I by no means have any intention to effect your service. I do appreciate the refund and thank you for showing concern now but I have already availed an alternative. Thanks
