Best Way To Use Scrapebox Nowadays

I'm wondering what people think is the best way to use this tool today.

I think this tool works best nowadays for:

1. Scraping Hi PR blogs and manual commenting
2. Spamming 2nd tier plus links for indexing

Anyone else agree? Disagree? Other recommendations?

Do you have any other programs besides Scrapebox? Maybe it's time to improve your arsenal of programs Scrapebox did wonders ages ago but today is a different story. You need link diversity and Scrapebox can't provide forum profiles, wiki links or guestbook like Xrumer can.

The best SEO person has a few programs usually Xrumer, Scrapebox, hRefer, IBP, SEO Powersuite

What Scrapebox does best is find high PR domains in a simply nifty click of a button, nothing beats that. With it, you can further scrape expired domains, which is golden. For the methods described above, doesn't SEnukeX do that already? What is best for mass diversity in the most natural form (besides manual) to automate? Xrumer? Demon? hRefer? Thanks.

Agreed. SB is still a good tool but not nearly what it used to be

Its best for tier 3 in my opinion. For diversity I use GSA and UD. Good combo the 3 of them.

Definitely be safe with it. The one thing I disagree with is that some people think scrapebox is dead. Honestly from all the case studies I have seen, scrapebox can help/hurt a site at the same time, I mean if the direct blasts are so negative for a site then why isn't negative SEO a much larger field?

if you're building 100 links per day with something like UD or GSA, dont' go blasting them with 10,000 autoapprove links. Do something like 20.

those 2 are the most used/popular SB uses. That being said, SB it's more powerful than most of you know:

- It can be used to find high PR expired domains available for registration
- Some people use it to generate a list of keywords, then import into a keyword tool to analyze.
- combine files / cleaning files for duplicates / splitting big files

So I still use SB like back in the old days.... scrape/harvest/extract links and start to post big time directly to the main website or inner pages.

And yes, it still work for me with great result. Please do not start a discussion about how this can get sandbox your website and things like this. There are many thread here that proof that this still work if you do it in the right way.

The right way, generally speaking is this, at least for me:

Anchor diversity --- big time.

Link velocity --- keep your blast constant.

And when you have set all the instance on fast posting mode you can keep one to make some manual work, harvesting/posting on high PR low OBL moderated blogs, to add some value.

P.S. Do not forget to also keep an instance of SB for testing.... This is very important.

Sure you can post to guestbooks, just use learning mode poster addon

Yup, same with me. I use ScrapeBox for everything else *except* the main purpose it was designed to do (to comment on blogs). I've yet to use it for that as there are other tools which are 457x better. However, for these other things like you mentioned (and also for mass checking whether my backlinks have been indexed, checking whether my backlinks are still alive, etc.), SB is still the Swiss-army knife king of seo tools!
