Here is a method I just came up with. There exists an affiliate network that pays you up to a dollar per phone call you receive. How does that work? Well instead of giving people your real phone number, you give them a phone number that when called, plays an advertisement, then forwards the call to your real number. You can sign up at http://www.brring.com .
When you sign up a number it will ask you what kinds of ads to play. Pick whatever niche you want to work with. heres what it looks like:

For your voicemail greeting, record something like "Hi thanks for calling, if this is about the 2009 Mercedes, please email me at [email protected]."
Now setup an autoresponder with a delay at the email which will respond with an incentive CPA offer like mentioned in a previous method "Hi, thanks for your interest in the car. Please email me over a copy of your 3 bureau credit report score and we can do business. You can get it here: <link to credit report offer>."
Or you could do it the other way around.. send them to the email first and then in the autoresponder say "Please show me a copy of your credit report from <offer> and then give me a call at <brring number>." Then on the bring voicemail say something like "Hi, please leave a message. If this is in regards to the car, please have your credit report ready before leaving a message here."
Of course use whatever methods you have available to promote this.. craigslist, newspaper, autotrader.
