Yes, I know. I created a website for 50$ for one person. But how to get money from it? I dont know what website to create, maybe trolling :/
Who is trolling, me? No, I'm trying to help. You need sites to build landing pages for your CPA campaigns, unless you just plan on using 301 redirects on the offers you plan on promoting. In that case, you wouldn't need hosting, just domains. Just make sure to check with your AM if that is acceptable practice for what you plan on doing. I use 301 redirects on a lot of social media (twitter, youtube, etc) campaigns. If the offer expires, I just change the tracking link in the forwarding options. I have found Namecheap is the best domain registrar for this, as the redirects are instant, where many are not.

I just caught on to the trolling remark. Hey man I hope your not talking about Murasia. She is giving you clear good advice and I could not say it better myself. So please soak in her experience and be happy you have advice. Some people who are giving advice did not original have advice when they started.

Maybe I will play roulette with 3$, I am good in poker, I am playing in pokerstars, than transfer money to my friends I dont really want to create websites.. The domain and hosting will be Ok, but maybe I will invest in dailyprofitalways or buy something to level up my CPA knowledge becouse I will earn more in CPA

If you re-read Marusia's advice, you'll notice she's talking about CPA. And her advice is spot on for your budget and what you want to accomplish (ie. learn + earn).

If you only have $15, then it's really not enough to successful test PPC campaigns promoting CPA offers on any of the major traffic networks, as you're going to need a bigger budget.
If you have a limited budget, save your money and learn SEO. Then buy domains and hosting, etc. On those sites you could promote CPA offers, affiliate offers, etc.
