Looking for something to change how URL's look.

Well, I have recently been marketing on Twitter, and it's been going great. I make a decent amount of money. I recently have come across a way to make more though. I need to alter my ads URL to make it look like something else. Does anyone know any programs or websites that do that? Someone I know does pic-twittr.com and it makes the fans think that the ad link is a picture, which gets more people to click on it. I require something like that, please help. Thanks~

Sure, you may use any of hundreds and thousands link shorteners. Also you may buy several cheap .info domains and redirect to your ad link so this will look even better.

As far as i understood you need to do some coding work rather than searching for any software.

Well, I know there is a method using YOURLS.ORG with webhosting. I have a domain setup and everything, but I'm hitting a problem. I am having an error when using an FTP, every time I make an attempt to connect via Core FTP it says it cannot connect. I know I am using proper login information as well, I know the firewall isn't the problem because I shut it off and tested it and it still wouldn't work.
